These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NIOLAND.com and your purchase of products offered through the website.

Some NIOSA products are produced specifically after an order is placed.

Product availability, sizing, colors, pricing, designs, specifications, and quantities may change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities where permitted by law.

Pricing

Prices displayed on NIOLAND.com are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, excluding subsequent adjustments required by law or corrections to obvious errors where legally permitted.

Shipping charges, taxes, duties, customs charges, or other applicable fees may be added depending on the destination and circumstances of the order.

Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, inventory errors, pricing errors, technical errors, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected and no goods are provided, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Because certain NIOSA products enter production after an order is submitted, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Once an eligible product has entered production, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

NIOSA currently uses an international production and fulfillment network for applicable products.

Production and delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

International orders may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, local delivery conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to taxes, customs requirements, duties, import charges, or other government assessments depending on the destination and shipping method.

This includes creative properties associated with NIOLAND, NIOSA, NIODESIGNLAB, SONICS, EXHIBITION, NIRA, Q-Biiis, and related creative works where applicable.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, commercially exploit, imitate, republish, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected NIOLAND/NIOSA material without prior written authorization.
